Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 1 Week time before the schedule will have 50% Refund of the deposit provided. Deposit will be fully forfeited if cancellation is made beyond the given timeline. Rescheduling is allowed, provided that the date and time is agreeable with our Calendar lineup. Kindly coordinate with us accordingly. PROMO Rates is not transferrable but may be used for other type of phtography as deemed required by the client. Other package of choice for replacement may be higher than PROMO Rates, thus, additional payment might apply. Please let us know any changes you wish to make and of course, we can always be of help to give you better options and deals.
